JP Caceres , finalist in the East Coast regional competition of the 2011 42BELOW Cocktail World Cup mixes his winning drink "I'm NOT An Apple Martini". Caceres, representing AGAINN Gastropub in Washington, D.C. will join Gina Chersevani of PS7's in the national round of competition in New York City on February 13th. In its seventh year, the 42BELOW Cocktail World Cup "Carnival of the Cocktail"run by the United States Bartenders' Guild welcomes mixologists from around the world to compete for the chance to represent their country in the final stage in New Zealand.
